2nd quarter newsletter

Greetings Companions,

Election of officers for the 2025 (can you believe that date?) capitular year took place on May 7. We have a great lineup of officers for next year and they can be found on our website at www.findlaymason.org/chapter.

Immediately following this was the annual Northwest Ohio York Rite Festival on May 11, a great success with 18 candidates receiving degrees including 6 from Findlay (3 of which are Blue Lodge Officers!).

Our next (and final) meeting of the year will be June 4, which will be our installation of officers with Installing Marshall Chamberlain, Installing Chaplain Buckingham, and Installing Secretary DeVore, with Installing Officer Right Excellent Companion DeFrieze presiding. We will have our traditional carry-in dinner beforehand with dessert afterward, so please join us and wish our new officers luck for the upcoming year.

Only a few days later, Saturday June 8 at 9am is our annual Grand King School at Findlay. Then a month following, on Sunday July 21 at 3pm will be our annual Grand High Priest reception/hog roast at Findlay.

Other than these two district events, we will enjoy our annual hiatus during July and August, returning fresh for the September meeting and the beginning of an exciting new year in our Chapter.​
