Findlay Masonic Bodies |
Greetings Sir Knights,
By the time you receive this newsletter, the election of officers will have taken place. I would like to congratulate my predecessor for doing an excellent job as Eminent Commander this previous year. I am honored and humbled to have been elected to serve as your Eminent Commander. Also, we have several new officers in the line this year. All of the officers and I look forward to continuing the traditions and first class ritual work that our commandery is known for. Furthermore, our drill team will be practicing on Mondays at 6 pm this summer. Hopefully the drill team will be participating in the Findlay Independence Day parade this July. They will also be participating in drill competitions at the Triennial of the Grand Encampment of the U.S. in Salt Lake City in July and the Annual Grand Conclave of the Ohio Grand Commandery this October. Additionally, there will be a CTA meeting at Findlay, July 14th, time TBA. Our stated meetings will resume in September. The first meeting of the month will have a tureen dinner and a business meeting. The second meeting will have ritual work or an educational program. Please attend whether or not you have a uniform or a green jacket. The second meeting in June will be an open installation of officers. In conclusion, the officers and I look forward to another successful Templar year. ‘Every Christian Mason should be a Knights Templar’ Linnville Taggart Eminent Commander A Message from Steve Roth Sir Knights, I want to thank, the officers that are taking positions for this next year.
